We offer international shipping, therefore the delivery time will vary.

We use all major couriers, both internationally and locally to offer standard shipping completely free of charge.
Do you offer warranty?
All our products are covered for 1 year under our manufacturers warranty.
The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover accidental damage, improper use, or other issues unrelated to the manufacture of the product.
Can the Br-Ease Extractor be used next to an open flame?
Cooking next to an open flame will expose the Br-Ease Extractor to more heat than cooking with an electric or induction stove
Therefore to ensure a safe cooking environment, the Br-Ease Extractor must not be used next to an open flame.
How do I clean the Br-Ease Extractor?
Simply follow the direction of the shell icon, gently rotate to remove. Remove the filter to wash and dry before inserting it back for use.
Ideally the Br-Ease Extractor should be cleaned after each use. However, this can also depend on the type and frequency of use.
What comes with the Br-Ease Extractor?
The main unit, Tripod stand, Filter, Type C charging cable and User manual.
